Return/Exchange Process Online 

  • Returns or exchanges are allowed within 14 days of receipt. Adhere to the following:
    • Items must be in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
    • Return requests must be initiated prior to sending back items.
    • Exchanges are free; returns incur a shipping fee deducted from refunds.

Defective or Incorrect Items

Report damaged or incorrect items within 2 days of delivery via email. Delayed reports will not be accepted.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed within 14 working days of receiving the returned items. The amount will be refunded using the same payment method, whether Visa or cash.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items, including customized, used, or altered products, as well as intimate apparel and health-related items, cannot be returned.

You can return or exchange items at the stores, and the amount will be refunded using the same payment method, whether Visa or cash.

Note: This process requires the store receipt you received, not the airway bill.

يُسمح بالإرجاع أو الاستبدال خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ الاستلام. ويجب الالتزام بما يلي:

·         يجب أن تكون المنتجات في حالتها الأصلية مع وجود العلامات والتغليف سليم.

·         يجب تقديم طلبات الإرجاع قبل إعادة المنتجات.

·         الاستبدال مجاني؛ وتترتب على الإرجاع رسوم شحن فقط تُخصم من المبالغ المستردة.

·         المنتجات المعيبة أو غير الصحيحة

 

يجب الإبلاغ عن المنتجات التالفة أو غير الصحيحة خلال يومين من تاريخ التسليم عبر البريد الإلكتروني. لن يتم قبول الإبلاغات المتأخرة.

سياسة الاسترداد

يتم معالجة عمليات الاسترداد خلال 14 يوم عمل من استلام المنتجات المستردة. يتم استرداد المبلغ بنفس طريقة الدفع سواء فيزا أو كاش.

المنتجات غير القابلة للإرجاع:

لا يمكن إرجاع بعض المنتجات، بما في ذلك المنتجات المستخدمة أو المعدلة، بالإضافة إلى الملابس الداخلية والمنتجات المتعلقة بالصحة.

عملية الإرجاع/الاستبدال بالفروع

يمكنك استرجاع أو استبدال المنتجات في الفروع، وسيتم استرداد المبلغ باستخدام نفس طريقة الدفع، سواء كانت فيزا أو كاش.

ملاحظة: يجب إتمام هذه العملية باستخدام فاتورة المحل التي تم استلامها، وليس بوليصة الشحن.
